You KNOW that it's this time of year...you KNOW you need to have gifts ready...but do I? NO LOL! So as per usual...the night before the last day of school I'm scrambling for a gift for the teachers! This is what I came up with, just little post it note holders...hope they like them!

Love your little Teacher post-it notes... I made them with Sweet Home paper this year, and they turned out SOOO cute!! :) Kim
